🔑 Security & keys
• You will receive two sets of keys.
• The residence gates can only be opened with the remote controls, including from inside (there is no interior opening button).
• Please always lock the front door when leaving the apartment.
📶 Wi-Fi
Network name and password are indicated on the router, placed in a basket near the dining table.
❄️ Air conditioning / heating
• Remote controls are available in the living room and bedrooms.
⚠️ Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
🧺 Appliances
All user manuals are available in one of the kitchen cupboards.
🚮 Waste & recycling
Container located outside the residence, on the corner of Avenida Valle del Golf and Calle Levante.
🌙 Electric shutters
• Installed on the French windows of the living room and master bedroom.
• Operated by remote control (available in each room).
⚠️ Please close them when leaving for an extended period.
☀️ Terrace awnings
• Two striped blue-and-white exterior awnings.
• Operated by remote control (available in the living room).
⚠️ Please retract them in case of strong wind, rain, or when leaving the apartment.
💧 Hot water
Electric water heater located in the cupboard at the back of the kitchen.
⚡ Electrical panel (circuit breakers)
Located to the left of the front door. Use only in case of a power outage.
